SELLF LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates SELLF AI and its associated products, including SELLF-X, under the domain sellf.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information about you when you visit our website, create an account, or use any of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

We do not collect financial account numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive financial or banking data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. — SELLF LLC never receives or stores your raw card details.

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. SELLF LLC receives only a tokenized reference (Stripe Customer ID) and subscription status — never your raw financial credentials.

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve our services. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Create and manage your account and subscription
- Personalize your AI twin, brand site, and signal engine
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password resets)
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Monitor platform performance and fix bugs
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics purposes only. We do not use cookies to serve behavioral advertising or to track you across third-party websites. The cookies we set fall into the following categories:

If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records required for tax compliance, which may be retained for up to 7 years).
Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with applicable law.
