Overview
SELLF LLC operates SELLF AI and its associated products, including SELLF-X, as software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms. This Refund Policy governs all subscription fees, setup fees, and one-time payments processed through our platform. By purchasing any SELLF LLC product or service, you agree to the terms of this policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
SELLF LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 30 days of your initial subscription start date, you may request a full refund of your first month’s subscription fee by contacting our billing team at billing@sellf.ai.
To qualify for the 30-day guarantee, your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription start date. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be eligible under this guarantee.
Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Charges are processed via Stripe and will appear on your statement as SELLF LLC SOFTWARE.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at sellfx.sellf.ai/dashboard or by contacting billing@sellf.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.
Setup Fees and One-Time Payments
Setup fees and one-time onboarding payments are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced. If you cancel before onboarding begins, a full refund of the setup fee may be issued at SELLF LLC’s discretion. Please contact support@sellf.ai within 24 hours of purchase to request a pre-onboarding cancellation.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days under the satisfaction guarantee described above. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the annual term. To cancel an annual subscription, written notice must be provided at least 60 days before the renewal date.
Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
SELLF LLC reserves the right to issue refunds outside of this policy at its sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. To request a discretionary refund, contact billing@sellf.ai with your account details and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting SELLF LLC may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage all customers to contact us directly at billing@sellf.ai to resolve billing concerns before initiating a dispute.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. SELLF LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law provisions set forth in SELLF LLC’s Terms & Conditions.
