Agreement to Terms

By using SELLF AI or any product operated by SELLF LLC, including SELLF-X, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Description of Services

SELLF LLC provides software and automation tools for businesses, including CRM systems, workflow automation, and AI-powered operational tools. Customers pay subscription fees and optional setup fees for access to these tools. All products are provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS) and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

Platform Provided “As-Is”

The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SELLF LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, features, or services provided through the platform.

No Guarantees of Results

No guarantees of business results are made. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, industry, and other factors outside of SELLF LLC’s control. Any figures or projections shown are illustrative only and should not be construed as typical or guaranteed outcomes.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Charges will appear on your statement as SELLF LLC SOFTWARE. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard at sellfx.sellf.ai/dashboard or by contacting billing@sellf.ai. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all decisions made based on platform outputs. SELLF LLC provides tools and automation to support your business. The decisions you make using those tools, and the outcomes of those decisions, remain your sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SELLF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

SELLF-X Product

SELLF-X is a product of SELLF LLC and is not a separate legal entity. All terms governing the SELLF AI platform apply equally to SELLF-X. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the Refund Policy and these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

SELLF LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
